especially for amsterdam international fashion week de culinaire werkplaats will be open on a daily base.
during this week we will not serve à la carte but have an eat’in special menu consisting of 5 dishes inspired by fashion & textiles.

during amsterdam fashion week de culinaire werkplaats is one of the down town locations. during july 19-26, 2009, we present our first edible fashion collection ‘taste the unwearables’.
