most of the time you can choose between 2 different eat’inspirations (menus).

an eat’inspirations consists of 5 dishes: an eat’in cocktail, 2 savourish dishes, and 2 sweetish dishes. these dishes are an interpretation of regularly changing inspirational concepts, like black, honesty, flowers, or emotions.

besides eat’in you also can enjoy: eat’in specials, high T’s, snacks & bites, or have a coffee with sweetish bites, such as apple éclaires.

quality: besides taste and inspiration at least 2 of the following criteria also provide for our choice of ingredients, products and suppliers: animal welfare, small-scale or organic farming, fair trade, season, distance, and personal health.

• during amsterdam international fashion week -january 23 - 31, 2010- there is no eat’in menu. in stead we have created an exiting eat’in special ‘tasty textiles’. this fashionable eat’inspiration is more than just eat’in: menu tasty textiles.
• for february 12-19 it’s the week of love: on februari 13 and february 14, 2010 (valentine) we have a eat’in special. we let you enjoy the taste of pure love: eat’in special PURE LOVE
• on april 4, 2010 we have for easter the eat’in special FRESH. menu follows soon.

we are one of the participants of  DE PURE MARKT. this food market is situated in park frankendael, east part of amsterdam, from 11.00 - 18.00 hrs. it’s a food market in a beautiful park, where you can enjoy good eat’in & drink’in.

at 27 maart 2010 the award ceremony of the yarden stimulans will take place. marjolein and her concept ‘emotion.breads’ is one of the 3 finalists. the other nominees are the lifecoat of mcc flevoland, and the parlamore of marian van essen.

the ceremony takes place in hotel figi, zeist, during the symposium ‘after care’.

you can enjoy party bites that reflect the sweetish and savourish moments of 20 years of westerpark at de culinaire werkplaats during this weekend.

we have for example tough nuts to crack, art.bites, but also social, sustainable and multicultural dishe and of course …. the awarded bitterballs  (turnip, carrot-orange and apple).

you can choose from 20 different snacks/dishes. these party bites cost between € 1 - € 4,50 per bite/dish.

we like to design and make tasteful eat’inspirations and experiences to invite you to start your own personal eat’in adventure.

we have created eat’inspirations and concepts for brainstorms, pressevents, product launches, workshops, lunches, cocktailparties for:

during this weekend you’ll find de culinaire werkplaats in Loods 6:

• in the entrance of Loods 6 we present several italian eat’interpretations & inspirations (food art) based on the inspirational concept ‘italy - the garden of europe. and . . . our central focus is: which typical italian vegetables and fruits have their roots in italy. amongst other things we have an installation of corsages made out of fruit and vegetable paper representing well and less known italian produce.
• by the way, we take some adventurous pesto’s with a twist along.
