during a short and cold summerbreak we have created a new and fascinating programme of eat’inspirations to showcase the hidden talents of vegetables in the coming period.

off course we will present a new perpective on a few of our favourite themes, such as water, honesty and architecture & landscapes. but some fully new concepts as the city, surprise surprise and simply red will bring some surprising and exciting dishes at your plate. and.. we are already designing a new eat.couture collection for fashion week january 2012, which is all about food & fashion textures. meer…

mei 2011: jus de V – test

groenten bouillon

in may 2011  we introduced our jus de V to the public at fabulous food festival in haarlem. the reactions were overwhelming. jus de V is a rich vegetable jus without any animal ingredients and available at de culinaire werkplaats in the second half of september 2011 in a glutenfree version.

april 2011: groenten in de hoofdrol

for the april issue of hocera info, the magazine for the trade union members of the hospitality branch, 4 food professionals were interviewed . for all these food professionals vegetables are in the lead:

  • rob baan (koppert cress),
  • angélique schmeinck (masterchef & author of several award winning cookbooks)
  • marjolein wintjes & eric meursing (de culinaire werkplaats).
