in may 2011  we introduced our jus de V to the public at fabulous food festival in haarlem. the reactions were overwhelming. jus de V is a rich vegetable jus without any animal ingredients and available at de culinaire werkplaats in the second half of september 2011 in a glutenfree version.

fancy a fresh portion of the city at your dinnerplate? now is the moment. in may 2011 the menu of de culinaire werkplaats is inspired by all kinds of urban landscapes . so it’s possible you’ll find the skyline of amsterdam at your plate, or a group of sculptures, but don’t be surprised when you’ll find an allotment, a garbage collection point and a roof garden as well. meer…

 

28 & 29 mei 2011: fabulous food festival 2011

on may 28-29, 2011 you are invited to the fabulous food festival. an culinary event where sustainability and enjoying meet. de culinaire werkplaats will be present as well. this weekend we bring along our almost legendary black quinoa croquettes (savourish & sweetish). you can taste them at the festival, but also buy a package to surprise your friends at home.

these products can soon be bought in our new studio & showroom ‘eat’inspirations’ as well as in our online webshop. the black quinoakroketjes (savourish and sweetish) are also available  gluten-free  and vegan.

treat your mum in the weekend of mothers day on flowers, but with a difference! invite her for the eat’inspiration say it with flowers! in 5 dishes we let you explore the hidden talents of flowers and …. our dishes are inspired by garden & landscape design. so it can happen that you discover a city garden with a pont, a rosery or a roof garden on your lunch or dinnerplate.

april 2011: groenten in de hoofdrol

for the april issue of hocera info, the magazine for the trade union members of the hospitality branch, 4 food professionals were interviewed . for all these food professionals vegetables are in the lead:

  • rob baan (koppert cress),
  • angélique schmeinck (masterchef & author of several award winning cookbooks)
  • marjolein wintjes & eric meursing (de culinaire werkplaats).
