very much our regret we have to inform you that due to personal circumstances it is no longer possible to make reservations for eating experieces at studio de culinaire werkplaats.

dear all,

in august 2018 -during our summer break- I was working with my partner Eric on various ideas and events to celebrate the 10th anniversary of our design studio de culinaire werkplaats. A milestone we are very proud of.

I was in particular very much looking forward to celebrating this milestone and sharing with you all the next steps we wanted to make. 

however, during this period I was diagnosed with an incurable disease.  

consequently, Eric and I had to make some very difficult decisions. one of them is to close the restaurant and catering activities of our design studio.
as in the coming period we would like to have more time for our personal lives and above all we want to document a decade of de culinaire werkplaats.

please check our website to see what the future will bring.

for now, I would like to thank you all for 10 years of incredibly interesting encounters, travels, experiences, etcetera.

and … last but not least: we are touched by all the warm, loving, and personal messages, visits, and presents we are receiving during this period.

how to make reservations.

  • at this moment we are working on a new website with a new online reservation system. 
  • hereafter we explain how you can make a reservation for the time being.  
  • please note that it is reservations only 
    • to avoid food waste
    • to avoid disappointments (very limited seats). 
    • in other words, we want to create experiences for people and not for empty tables or the trash can.

make a reservation for 1 – 6 person(s).

  • send a reservation request 
    • by e-mail:  info@deculinairewerkplaats.nl 
    • mentioning: name, number of persons, preferred arrival time, any dietary preferences/restrictions, phone number and if you would like to have the regular (5 courses), the posh (7 courses) or the vip eatinspiration.
    • if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by mail or by phone +31(0)6 54 64 65 76.
  • confirmation e-mail: 
    • your reservation is definite after receipt  of our confirmation e-mail.
  • cancellation.
    • if you cannot make it after all, please be so kind as to cancel a.s.a.p. so we have the chance to offer the eating experience to somebody else.

make a reservations for >6 persons.

  • send reservation request 
    • by e-mail info@deculinairewerkplaats.nl 
    • mentioning: name, number of persons, preferred arrival time, any dietary preferences/restrictions, phone number and if you would like to have the regular (5 courses), the posh (7 courses) or the vip eatinspiration.
    • if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by mail or by phone +31(0)6 54 64 65 76.
  • down payment for groups of >6 persons: 
    • we will mail you a payment link (paypal ) for 50% of the food cost.
    • your reservation is definite after receipt of our confirmation e-mail and after receipt of your payment by paypal.
  • cancellation policy
    • we refund the down payment when you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time.
    • we also offer the opportunity to reschedule your reservation for another date suitable to your schedule, or to transfer your reservation.
    • we kindly ask you that you reschedule with us at least 48-hours prior to your reservation time. 

payment.

  • we accept credit cards (visa, master), dutch bank card, and cash.

food problems/dietary preferences.

  • we invite you to share any allergies, dietary restrictions or wishes at least 1-2 days in advance. so it is possible for us to tailor our menu.
