here you find a sneak preview of the inspirational concepts that marjolein and eric will be working on coming months. the design couple will be exploring themes like light, color & textures forecasting, warmth, and landscapes & architecture. they translate these concepts into eat’inspirations and exhibitions, which you can enjoy at de culinaire werkplaats.

eat’inspirations are five dishes which are interpretations of an inspirational theme: 1 eat.cocktail, 2 times savourish and 2 times sweetish.

in this period there is another edition of the amsterdam international fashion week! for the 4th time we will showcase a new perspective of our motto food equals fashion.

  • an eat’inspiration & exhibition around a color & texture forecasting 2012 and beyond

our inspirational source will be warmth. in february there is the week of love, valentine, and the day of the warm sweaters, and we will explore the various meanings of the notion warmth.

march 5- july 8, 2011

in this period you can expect 4 different eat’inspirations inspired by the concept of ‘landscapes & architecture’.

during amsterdam fashion week we will showcase a new food & fashion project  inspired by  food & eating patterns.
